WONDERFUL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS!
I have had multipule pieces of custome jewelry made, the staff is knowledgable and friendly and so very helpful. It is a small family owned business and they treat you so much better than those mall large chain stores. They clean your jewelry in front of you and will actually let you sit with them while they are setting your stones, which to me gave me tons of confidence that they are honest!!!

I have had a few things custom made by Jim, and he is WONDERFUL!! There are other places in the area that do custom things, however I would not trust my jewels ANYWHERE but Creative!! Their prices are so reasonable and the quality of their work is outstanding! I will never go to another jeweler again!

This is a very reputable jeweler. I purchased a ring from someone else in the area, and it was a really bad diamond. They took time to show me what to look for and actually the ring was taken back. It wasn't what the appraisal said. Be careful and make sure you know the jeweler. We will never go elsewhere.

Ring resizing: I had my wedding set resized here. They do jewelry repairs while you wait!! I had my wedding resized in 30 minutes!! They only charged me $25.00 compaired to $80.00 other places. Next time I need to make a jewelry purchase they will be my first stop.

Our History

Creative Jewelers first opened in November 1983, having been founded by Raymond Quick of Flint Township. He and his son-in-law, Jim Stark, had been working together, doing jewelry repairs for other stores. In the true spirit of American entrepreneurship, they soon decided to venture into their own business.

Due to much hard work, dedication, and excellent service, Creative Jewelers remains a premier jewelry business in Flint. Today, after nearly 30 years since its establishment, Creative Jewelers is still owned by Jim. (Raymond passed away in 1999.)
